Terese Millet Joseph is a Counseling Psychologist, originally from the island of Antigua, in the Eastern Caribbean. She has been working in this field for the past 16 years. Over the span of her career, her duties have included professional and curriculum development, human resource management, advocacy work, lectures, workshops, seminars, and therapeutic services. She is bilingual, and has lived, worked, and studied in Antigua & Barbuda, Cuba, Trinidad & Tobago, Belgium, and the USA. This allows her to bring an objective, congenial and multicultural approach to her work. She is currently a practicing Psychotherapist in Central New York, and a Doctoral Student pursuing a PhD in Human Development & Family Science at Syracuse University. She is the Dean of Discipline at Cumberland High School in St Catherine, She is the President for Region 6 Deans of Discipline, a Justice of the Peace for St. Catherine and Major for Dynamic Cadet Corps. She has a passion to serve the needs of children and influence the lives of those who are involved in the educational setting.
