Mrs Keisha Bowla-Hines is an Associate Clinical Psychologist. She returned to Jamaica with her family in 2018, after spending approximately 15 years living and working in the United Kingdom and Caribbean primarily in the areas of public and private mental health care, academia (secondary & tertiary levels) and national security. 
She is currently the Co-ordinator, Counselling Services for the Liguanea Region of the South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA). In this capacity she provides counselling and other related support services to patients, staff and their family members across the three hospitals within the Region – Sir John Golding Rehabilitation Centre, National Chest Hospital and the HOPE INSTITUTE which specializes in the treatment of patients diagnosed with cancer . Mrs. Bowla-Hines previously lectured Psychology courses at the UWI Mona and UTECH, Jamaica and is currently a consultant Psychologist to the MSc Counselling Programme at the Hugh Wynter Fertiltiy Management Unit, Faculty of Medical Sciences, UWI, Mona.  She is an active member of the Wolmers Boys’ School PTA and is a registered member of the Jamaican Psychological Society (JamPsych) and the British Psychological Society.
Fulfilling God’s purpose for her life and serving her family are Mrs. Hines’ top priorities. She absolutely enjoys being a full-time wife and mother to three beautiful children – ages 15
