- Document the development of Psychology Education & Training (PET) in the Caribbean region
- Represent CANPA in matters involving the validation, certification and/or standardization of training programmes offered within the Caribbean for Psychology Education & Training (PET) at all levels (e.g., Certificates, diplomas, undergraduate, and post-graduate), involving regional and international institutions based within or operating within the region
